Hunt & Fish Supper Club @Aji Fish Butchery
We’re thrilled to invite you to a special Hunt & Fish Supper Club on December 7th, hosted in collaboration with Aji Fish Butchery - Portland’s destination for precision seafood and modern Japanese technique.
This intimate evening will showcase a curated multi-course menu from Chef, Jeff Kim, highlighting the craft and flavor of sustainably sourced fish. The experience will feature dishes such as McFarland Springs Trout pâté with kimchi jam, cold-smoked tuna tartare, fish sausage with kimchi mayo, and a whole grilled fish ssam with all the accompaniments.
Join us for an unforgettable night of culinary storytelling, where craftsmanship, collaboration, and the flavors of land and sea come together around the table.
